What is sound healing?

Sound healing is a gentle and immersive practice that uses soothing sounds and vibrations to support deep relaxation, calmness and inner balance.

During a session, instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks and chimes are used to create a peaceful sound journey. Some tuning forks and sonic massage bowls may be gently placed on or around the body, allowing soothing vibrations to travel deeply through the tissues and bones, creating a grounding and restorative experience.

Many people experience a sense of stillness, emotional release and relaxation as the body and mind gradually soften into a calmer state.

Sound healing is not about “fixing” anything, but about creating space to slow down, reconnect and simply be.

Each session is an invitation to pause from the busyness of daily life and experience moments of quiet, grounding and restoration.
